NextGen Nestlé

NextGen Nestlé Graduate Program is a two-year rotational program for graduates seeking to accelerate their career.

You'll work across different areas in your Sales and Marketing, gaining skills, insights and experience at every level. You may also benefit from the available coaching and training opportunities. This challenging and strategic program is a platform for future leaders of Nestlé to discover and realize their full potential.
